This Acceptable Use Policy describes activities that are prohibited when using Penny Metrics (the "Service"). It is part of our Terms & Conditions. By using the Service you agree to follow this policy.

You may only use the Service for lawful purposes. You must not use it to violate any applicable law or regulation, or to infringe the rights of others.

Prohibited activities

  • Track websites or visitors without the legal right to do so.
  • Collect personally identifiable information through custom events, such as names, email addresses, or other personal data of visitors.
  • Use the Service to monitor or profile individuals, or for any surveillance purpose.
  • Send misleading, falsified, or spoofed tracking data to the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, for example through excessive automated requests or attempts to overload our systems.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
  • Use the Service in connection with content that is illegal, hateful, or promotes violence.

Fair use of resources

The Service is intended for legitimate website analytics. We may apply reasonable limits and contact you if your usage threatens the stability or performance of the Service for others.

Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is using the Service in violation of this policy, please let us know at abuse@pennymetrics.dev.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and, at our discretion, suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, with or without notice depending on the severity.
