These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Penny Metrics (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service.

Acceptable use

Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through our payment provider.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your data

You retain ownership of the analytics data collected through your account. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Penny Metrics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
